Terms and conditions

The general (Dutch) terms and conditions can be dowloaded as a pdf file. These

Kaiseri Consult guarantees offers to be valid for a maximum of 15 calendar days.
Kaiseri Consult will only accept written orders: fax, e-mail or mail.
No assignment can be accepted without name, function and legal signature.
An assignment can be refused whenever the identity of the client is doubtful.
An agreed assignment can only be cancelled if Kaiseri Consult hasn't done any work yet.
Three workdays after agreement Kaiseri Consult will deliver a design proposal (of at least 3 designs) by e-mail. The client has to react in a clear way to this proposal within one week, in order to give the designer a good understanding of the desires of the client.
The client has to react within one week to the design proposal. Should this take longer than one week without feedback, the invoice will be sent. The right to modifications (after payment) remains valid.
Should the client and Kaiseri Consult fail to come to an agreeable result - not likely but possible - Kaiseri Consult can choose to stop the assignment. In this case the client is obliged to fulfill 60% of the total cost, for which an invoice will be sent.
All approved results of the assignment will be invoiced.
All non-approved results of the assignment will be invoiced, unless legally contested.
Invoices must be paid within 8 days, depending on the agreed period.
The original result files of design assignments will be sent by e-mail or mail (CD/DVD), the (working) day the payment has been received.
After the invoice has been paid, the client can use the delivered design freely.
Kaiseri Consult will not accept any responsability for images, ideas or material delivered by the client.
Rejected design proposals will always remain property of Kaiseri Consult.
Rejected design proposals and unpaid non-rejected design proposals remain intellectual property of Kaiseri Consult.
Unpaid results of assignments (within the agreed terms of 8 days), will be labeled "unpaid trial version" until proof of payment.
Kaiseri Consult holds the right to use all results as a reference.
